Once again I had another fantastic birthday party with my friends. This year I was lucky enough to have 4 friends from San Francisco come up and spend the weekend as my house guests. I think we all had a wonderful time.
One of the things I love to do is cook food and throw parties for my friends. This birthday was no exception, and once again I probably bit off more than I should have. Here's the menu that I prepared:
I want to say a special "Thanks" to all of the people who helped bail me out at the last minute when I fell a little behind schedule, and also helped clean up.
After stuffing ourselves and drinking lots of really fun wine, the party dwindled down to the my friends from San Francisco and myself, so we concluded the evening with a little soak in the hot tub. I can't think of a better way to end a wonderful party!
