I'm finally getting back to hosting wine tastings for my friends. This will be my first one in Portland since moving here serveral years ago. I'm starting off small, just 8 people, 6 wines, and simple food.

• Hot Venetian Capicollo

Food

• Tomato, Basil, Balsamic Bruschetta
• Figs Stuffed with Goat Cheese
• Pan Seared Scallops with Mustard Sauce
• Assorted Olives

Hopefully the start of a wonderful tradition in Portland.
