| 1/2 bottle | semi-sparkling muscat |
| 2 T | ginger, grated |
| pinch | sugar |
| mixed seasonal fruit | |
Preparation:
Pour the wine into a sauce pan, add the sugar and ginger. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. Reduce the sauce to 1/4 original volume, or until desired consistency.
Dice fresh fruit into bite sized pieces, and drizzle with glaze. Toss and serve.
